NEW RACING V-GROOVES

A new range of 16 mm (5/8") hexagon racing plugs are now available from NGK Australia. The new spark plugs feature our unique V-Groove centre electrode design which improves ignitability and Range and Application details are as follows:

Main applications relate to engines requiring heat ratings 8, 9 or 10 with thread sizes as shown above. Typical examples include Group A racing, Drag racing and Auscar/Nascar racing engines. The following cross reference chart can also be used as a guide for suitable applications. Please note however that due to material and design differences between NGK and Champion, a colder or hotter plug may be necessary for optimum spark plug performance
