Mad Mike Jones Has done it again! The 2009 MRRDA series is now officially run and taking 1st place in the 250GP Mono class is our very own Mike Jones. The young Queenslander made the class his own this year taking all but 2 of the round wins to finish the year on top.

Not only did Jones dominate the 250GP Mono class, he also managed the highest overall points score for both the 125GP and 250GP Mono classes at two events; Round 3 in South Australia and his home state of Queensland at Round 4.

Jones’ purpose was clear from the beginning of the season as he leapt onboard his Motologic prepared Moriwaki MD250H. He was in it to win it and never faltered from his course. It appears that his win in 2008 on his CBR150 gave him the confidence and drive needed to complete the task on the Moriwaki MD250H.

A beaming Jones commented, “I’ve had a fantastic year! After winning the CBR150 class in 2008 I was really pumped going into the 2009 season on the Moriwaki MD250H. Motologic prepared the bike so well for me; it was always reliable and obviously fast!”

“I couldn’t be happier with my results and I have to thank Honda and Motologic for making this possible and also Moriwaki for producing such a terrific bike! I also need to thank Monza Imports, AGV and Alpine stars. The support I have had this year has been wonderful. I can’t wait to see what 2010 brings!”
